Customer Service Officer – Local Authority Contact Centre
Wembley • £18.07 per hour • Full-time • Immediate Start

We’re looking for fast learners with solid customer service experience who can confidently navigate multiple IT systems and deliver excellent support over the phone. If you thrive in a busy environment and want a long-term opportunity, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
* Handle high-volume incoming calls across key service areas
* Support residents via Switchboard, Housing Repairs, Domestic Abuse, Housing Needs & more
* Put customers first and deliver clear, confident support
* Update multiple systems accurately and efficiently
What we’re looking for
* Strong customer service experience (contact centre or similar)
* Clear, professional telephone manner
* Quick learner who’s confident using multiple IT systems
* Knowledge of Brent’s streets/areas is a big plus
* Full availability Mon–Fri, 8:50am–5:04pm
* Able to attend office-based training in Wembley for the first 3 months
* Able to pass a standard DBS check
