Quest Search & Selection are currently recruiting a Senior Online Marketplace Coordinator, to manage and drive the day-to-day operations, growth, and strategy of marketplace business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with fashion marketplace experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to broaden their expertise across integrations, trading, operations, marketing, and commercial negotiations.
We are partnering with a British heritage fashion brand with over, recognised globally for its premium and lifestyle apparel. The business operates across retail, wholesale and ecommerce channels. The company is focused on international growth, brand elevation and digital expansion.
Key Responsibilities of this Senior Online Marketplace Coordinator role:
*Support onboarding of new marketplaces, manage product uploads, and maintain seasonal range data.
*Work with Merchandising and Product Development to launch seasonal ranges with accurate product infomation.
*Analyse online sales and KPIs to drive growth and conversion.
*Coordinate order processing, stock management, and customer service.
*Ensure accurate product listings and optimise attributes to boost performance.
*Execute campaigns, pricing, and marketplace promotions with internal and external partners.
*Assist in commercial negotiations and manage marketplace relationships.
Key Requirements of this Senior Online Marketplace Coordinator role:
*Ideally looking for experience in marketplace management (e.g. Amazon, Zalando etc), online trading, or e-commerce, ideally in the fashion sector.
*Familiarity with third-party integration tools (desirable).
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
*Excellent attention to detail, organisational ability, and multitasking skills.
*Solid commercial awareness and understanding of e-commerce trading and operations.
*Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI is desirable
