Job Description:
Specialist Salesperson - Window Security Products
Location: Trafford Park
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm)
Salary: £25,000 + uncapped commission
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Specialist Salesperson to promote, advise on, and sell our range of high-quality window security products. Based at our Trafford Park site, you will manage inbound enquiries, guide customers through product selection, and ensure an exceptional purchasing experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
*Promote, advise, and sell window security products to domestic customers.
*Respond to all incoming product enquiries professionally and promptly.
*Recommend the most suitable products based on customer needs.
*Organise surveys and liaise with installers when required.
*Prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
*Negotiate sales and secure orders.
*Take full ownership of customer relationships to deliver an excellent buying experience.
*Handle customer service queries related to completed or ongoing orders.
*Maintain high customer satisfaction and feedback ratings.
*Provide regular sales and progress reports.
CRM & Administration
*Accurately record all customer and prospect communications in our CRM system (Zoho).
*Create and manage sales dashboards and pipeline reports for monitoring and reporting.
*Track opportunities and ensure all stages in the sales process are kept up to date.
*Maintain consistency and accuracy in all CRM activity.
*Collaborate with admin teams to ensure all internal processes are followed.
Person Specification
Essential
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Experience in a telesales environment (non–call centre preferred).
*Self-starter with an outgoing and ambitious approach.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Zoho experience advantageous).
*Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
*Able to take ownership of tasks while working collaboratively within a team.
*Clear and confident communicator.
*Reliable and flexible.
Desirable
*Tenacious and resilient attitude.
*Ability to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision.
*Understanding of database usage and management.
