They are looking to hire a new Head of Finance position.
Description
The Head of Finance will report in to the CFO and be responsible for:
*Lead, mentor and develop the team
*Key business partner to non-finance teams
*Financial planning and strategy
*Accounting and financial reporting
*Budget
*Forecast
*Cash-flow
*Risk management and compliance
Profile
The successful Head of Finance will ideally be:
*A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
*Demonstrable experience in a similar role in another international business (Multi-currency)
*Demonstrable controls and leadership skills
*Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence at all levels
*ERP systems exposure
Job Offer
The Head of Finance position comes with a competitive base salary of £80,000-£85,000 and package.
This is an office base role.
