We currently have Delivery Driver/Storeman roles available based out of our Peterborough head office location!
Role Responsibilities
This dual-role position combines delivery driving with warehouse and stock management responsibilities. You will be responsible for delivering and collecting materials for job sites, ensuring accurate stock handling, and keeping our store organised and efficient. The ideal candidate is practical, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
*Safely deliver materials and goods to various sites across the UK
*Collect unused materials from site and return to head office containers or lock up locations
*Site waste material collections - to be collected and returned / disposed of at head office location or skip locations.
*Load and unload deliveries accurately and with care.
*Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse/store.
*Assist with stock control, including checking in deliveries and preparing orders for dispatch.
*Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
*Liaise with site teams and customers in a professional manner.
*Follow all company procedures and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
*Full UK driving licence (essential).
*Previous experience in a delivery role
*Good level of physical fitness, as manual handling is required.
*Organised and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
*Friendly and reliable with good communication skills.
*Experience driving a long wheelbase van
Full time permanent roles - PAYE with Van provided.
