Our client is looking for a Leader to manage the internal account Managers who manage the day to day operations of B2B clients.

Description
*As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring operational accuracy, maintaining up-to-date training across the team, and supporting the business with key reporting requirements.
*Alongside leading and developing the team, you will also take ownership of day-to-day service activities to ensure consistently high service standards and growth within the customer base.
*Looking for excel client management and responsible for growing the business forward.
*Our client is looking for someone who has a strong backrgound in client management, managing a team of 3+ (b2b) and used to managing and on boarding new clients.
*Working towards SLA, KPIS and Service/ Sales.
Profile
*Excellent verbal and written communication.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office - Advanced Excel
*Leadership experience (2 year +)
*Customer Service / Administration experience (2 year +)
*Logistics / Supply Chain experience (desirable)
*Experience in SAP (desirable)
