Job Description:
Service Advisor – £28,000 - £32,000 Basic Salary
Location: Chippenham
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 Basic (OTE depending on bonus structure)
Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive dealership who are looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their aftersales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous motor trade experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:*Acting as the first point of contact for customers in the service department
*Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair work
*Preparing job cards and ensuring accurate documentation
*Providing updates to customers throughout the day
*Upselling additional work, service plans, and products where appropriate
*Liaising with the workshop to ensure efficient workflow
*Handling customer queries and resolving any issues professionally
The Ideal Candidate:*Previous experience as a Service Advisor (essential)
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Ability to work well under pressure
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident in upselling and meeting targets
*Full UK driving licence
