Housing Receptionist
Wimbledon, London
£13.94 per hour, weekly pay
35 hours per week (rota basis, including evenings, weekends & public holidays)
We’re recruiting on behalf of our client in Wimbledon for a Housing Receptionist to join their friendly, community-focused team.
You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, members, and visitors - providing a warm welcome, handling enquiries, processing payments and bookings, and helping to keep the centre safe and well-organised.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience while working on a flexible basis that suits your availability. This is a varied role that suits someone with great people skills, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.
What You’ll Do:
*Deliver excellent customer service at reception and on the phone
*Manage bookings, memberships, and payments
*Carry out regular safety and wellbeing checks
*Support with admin tasks and general front-of-house duties
About You:
*Confident, friendly, and professional
*Organised and able to multitask
*Comfortable using IT systems and handling payments
*Flexible to work on a rota (evenings & weekends)
*First Aid qualification (or willing to train)
