Key Responsibilities:
*Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons to meet the needs of students with SEN.
*Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they are engaged and motivated.
*Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
*Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
*Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents.
*Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs).
Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in an SEN setting, is desirable.
*A genuine passion for education and supporting students with special educational needs.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
*A patient and empathetic approach to working with children.
*Relevant qualifications or training in SEN education or childcare would be advantageous.
