Job Title: Field Sales Representative – Professional Haircare Brand
Location: Kent (Field-Based)
Salary: £28,000–£33,000 basic + bonus (OTE £45,000–£53,000) + Company Car & Benefits
Job Type: Permanent | Full Time | Monday–Friday (No Weekends)

The Role – Field Sales Representative (Kent Territory)
Covering Kent, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of salon customers while building strong, long-term partnerships across your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing an existing base of salon accounts
*Developing new business opportunities within your territory
*Acting as a brand ambassador for a leading professional haircare portfolio
*Conducting daily face-to-face sales appointments with salon owners and stylists
*Advising customers on product ranges, promotions, and business growth opportunities
*Working independently to achieve and exceed sales targets
This is a field-based role where you’ll be out meeting customers daily — perfect for someone who enjoys relationship-building, autonomy, and being on the move.
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience in hairdressing, barbering, beauty, or beauty retail
*Strong understanding of a salon environment
*Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
*Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic
*Full UK driving licence
