Your job?
Lead the migration of customer identity and authentication services onto a modern CIAM platform powered by Ping Identity / ForgeRock — delivered with the support of a top-tier Systems Integrator.
It’s time-critical.
It’s high-visibility.
And it needs someone who’s done this before.
What You’ll Be Owning :
*End-to-end delivery of a full CIAM migration programme
*Consolidation of two legacy IAM stacks into one strategic platform
*Migration of authentication journeys, MFA, policies, and credentials
*Planning and executing phased cutovers with minimal customer impact
*Managing SI delivery, internal engineering, security, and compliance teams
*Clear, no-fluff reporting to senior stakeholders
What You’ll Need :
*Proven experience delivering CIAM / IAM migration programmes
*Deep familiarity with Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock environments
*Strong understanding of:
*OAuth2, OIDC, SAML
*MFA and adaptive authentication
*Identity & credential migration strategies
*Experience within UK regulated financial services
*Confidence managing SI-led delivery models
Bonus Points For :
*CIAM deployments running on Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, or on-prem)
*Parallel-run and phased migration experience
*Exposure to digital banking, payments, or high-scale B2C platforms
