Job Description:
MERJE are partnering with a highly successful boutique Hedge Fund in their search for a compliance specialist on a 12 month FTC.
The position has a broad remit and would be best suited to individuals who are driven, enjoy a varied, hands-on role in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment.
Reporting into the General Counsel/CCO, you will support with:
*Compliance monitoring & reviews
*PA Dealing
*Compliance training
*Reg reporting
*Shareholding Disclosures
*Financial promotion review
*Reg implementation – ensuring upcoming key regs implemented
*Day-to-day compliance advisory support
*Policies and Procedures – managing refresh and documentation of existing and new policies
*Preparation of board reports
Requirements:
*5-6 years of broad based compliance experience in a hedge fund or asset management firm.
*Strong understanding and practical experience of regulatory frameworks
*Highly driven, organised, and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
*Excellent attention to detail.
