Job Description:
My Milton Keynes based client is seeking an experienced Data Platform Lead to join their Group Technology team. You’ll lead and develop the Data Platform capability, ensuring secure, scalable and high-performing on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments that support business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage the Data Platform team.
*Own platform design, incident, change and supplier management.
*Ensure high availability, monitoring, patching and upgrades.
*Act as Subject Matter Expert and drive continuous improvement.
About You:
*Expertise in Microsoft Fabric and SQL Server.
*Proven technical leadership experience.
*Strong SLA-driven incident and problem management.
*Cloud implementation experience.
*Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, FinOps and PaaS.
