Job Description:
A rare opportunity to run every aspect of a UHNW family’s lifestyle—superyacht, private jet, helicopter, prime residences, and art collections. Reporting directly to the principal, you will professionalise and streamline all non-investment operations, building a lean, high-performing team from scratch.
What You’ll Do:
*Lead all lifestyle operations: property, aviation, marine, art, security, concierge, and executive support.
*Manage c.50 staff and high-calibre external providers.
*Optimise budgets, renegotiate contracts, and create efficiencies across assets.
*Oversee acquisitions, disposals, and maintenance of all family assets.
*Implement risk, compliance, and safety frameworks.
*Deliver a 100-day operational review with measurable savings and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
*10+ years in senior operations at a top family office, luxury hospitality, or multi-asset environment.
*Track record of streamlining high-value budgets without service compromise.
*Expertise in at least two of: yachts, aviation, luxury property, or fine art.
*Strong financial acumen and leadership skills.
*Fluent English; French or Italian a plus.
*Willingness to travel globally and be on call.
Location: Monaco (relocation considered)
Opportunity: Build a world-class operational setup and a clear path to broader COO responsibilities.
