We are supporting a Not-for-Profit organisation in Yorkshire seeking an Interim Procurement Manager to lead complex procurements and contract activity during a care-service transition. You will deliver a light-touch but compliant market approach, manage full end-to-end procurements, review existing contracts, and lead market engagement, tender development, evaluation and award.

Description
*Key responsibilities include:
*Deliver procurement strategies and full tender processes from market engagement through to award.
*Ensure all activity is proportionate, transparent, and aligned with relevant regulations.
*Review all existing contracts, identifying where renegotiation, variation or transition is needed.
*Produce tender packs, evaluation criteria and procurement documentation.
*Work with internal teams to maintain service continuity and support staff stability.
*Provide commercial guidance and support mobilisation and handover to new providers.
Profile
A successful Interim Procurement Manager should have:
*Strong procurement experience in regulated or care-related environments.
*Solid understanding of public procurement rules and compliant processes.
*Experience managing complex service transitions and contract reviews.
*Clear communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
*Calm, structured and people-centred in approach.
Job Offer
*Competitive daily rate of £450 - £500 per day inside IR35.
*3 month contract with potential to be extended.
*Based in Yorkshire with hybrid working pattern.
