FULLY REMOTE - UK
£40,000 to £45,000 monthly London meet-up


Ever feel like you’re doing "SEO", but the business only cares about rankings… not revenue?
This one’s different.
You’ll be the person that turns organic search into pipeline for proper B2B brands, inside a small, sharp performance agency where SEO actually has a seat at the table.




Your new role..
You’ll take ownership of SEO strategy across a portfolio of B2B clients and run it end to end, from technical priorities to content direction to authority building. Not just reporting what happened, but driving what happens next.
You’ll get space to test, iterate, and bring fresh ideas, especially as search shifts towards AI-driven discovery.




The agency..
You’re joining a close-knit team of 15 UK employees who all work fully remote day-to-day, but get everyone together in London once a month.
Clients describe this agency as naturally curious, as these marketing employees are able to actually enjoy thinking, experimenting, and finding smarter ways to win.
They also run regular reviews, so you’re not waiting around for someone to notice you or have to ask for a payrise.




What you’ll be doing
You’ll be driving organic growth with work that’s commercial, measurable, and connected to the bigger performance picture:
*Building and owning SEO strategies that scale (technical, content, authority).
*Turning data into decisions using GSC, GA4, and SEO platforms.
*Spotting content gaps, tech fixes, internal linking wins, competitor moves.
*Leading client conversations with confidence and clarity.
*Working closely with Paid, Creative, and Content so Search is properly joined-up.


What you’ll bring..
This role would suit someone who likes autonomy, being trusted, focused on outcomes and is comfortable being client-facing.
It’ll help if you’ve got:
*Around four years or more in SEO within an agency background, predominantly B2B.
*Evidence you’ve grown SEO performance, not just maintained it.
*Solid grip on GA4 and the wider Google or Microsoft suite (Sheets/Excel).
*Gravitas to manage and progress external clients through SEO.
*Comfort with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
If you’ve played with AI SEO, automation, or testing frameworks, even better, but don’t let that put you off applying.
