Teacher Opportunity – SEND School, Wantage, Oxfordshire.
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)
Class Size: Average of 6 students, some SEMH and Speech and Language
Contract: Long-term until end of term | Temp-to-Perm for the right candidate
This amazing SEND School is seeking a passionate, resilient and dedicated Qualified Teacher to join their specialist team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact within a nurturing environment designed for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Speech, Language & Communication diagnoses.
About the Role
You will lead a small class of around six students, delivering creative, structured and personalised learning that supports both academic progress and emotional development. With strong therapeutic values at the heart of our school, teachers work closely with support staff and therapy teams to ensure every learner thrives.

*A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS or similar)
*Experienced or confident in supporting SEMH and Speech & Language needs
*Able to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
*Calm, adaptable, and committed to inclusive practice
*A strong classroom presence with a passion for transforming outcomes for vulnerable learners
