Job Description:
Technical Project Manager
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technical projects across the organisation. Acting as the vital bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you’ll ensure that every initiative is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a high-impact role where leadership, communication, and technical understanding come together to drive real organisational change.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple technical workstreams
* Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans
* Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
* Ensure governance and compliance standards are embedded throughout the project lifecycle
* Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
* Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues

* Proven experience delivering complex technical projects
* Strong understanding of project governance and compliance frameworks
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
* Experience working with technical teams (infrastructure, software, data, or digital transformation projects)
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
