Planetarium Go UK is a portable planetarium company delivering immersive, dome-based astronomy experiences in iconic locations across the UK. We create engaging and accessible experiences for families, schools, and the general public.


THE ROLE
We are recruiting Front of House / Customer Service Staff to join our team at Battersea Power Station. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering excellent visitor experiences in a busy public venue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service
- Ticket and merchandise sales
- Managing visitor flow and entry times
- Assisting with seating and session turnover
- Supporting families and school groups
- Answering visitor questions
- Handling payments and basic sales records
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas
