Description
*Provide financial insights and analysis to support revenue and capital projects.
*Analysing monthly management accounts, reviewing commercial performance, and investigating significant budget variances
*Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
*Support budget preparation and monitor performance against financial targets.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver financial strategies.
*Prepare financial models and forecasts for effective decision-making.
*Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial matters.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
*A Full Accountancy Qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CIPFA)
*Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
*Extensive Finance Business Partner Experience
*Worked with senior non-finance stakeholders
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
