Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join its growing and busy department. This role offers the chance to manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, playing a key role within a friendly and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Shared Ownership transactions
*Re-mortgages
*New Build developments
*Handle files from initial instruction to post-completion
*Draft and approve legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds
*Provide clear, practical and responsive legal advice to clients
*Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
About You
*Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer
*Minimum 3 years’ experience within a busy residential conveyancing department
*Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
*Ability to manage a caseload independently and hit the ground running
*Good IT skills
*Knowledge of Lexcel, SRA Standards & Regulations and Money Laundering Regulations
*Professional, discreet and client-focused
