You will take ownership of operational, clinical and administrative performance - driving meaningful change while protecting quality, culture and compliance.

Description
*Mapping all operational, clinical and administrative processes
*Identifying inefficiencies, duplication and operational risk
*Leading an organisation-wide transformation programme
*Strengthening CQC governance, compliance and documentation standards
*Selecting and implementing fit-for-purpose clinical and workforce systems
*Providing structured, confident reporting to Founders and the Finance & Operations Director
*Supporting teams through change with clarity and stability
Long term operational requirements:
*Embed a stable, scalable operating model post-transformation
*Support expansion plans (two or more new sites per year)
*Strengthen referral pathways across NHS, PMI and self-pay markets
*Improve cross-functional collaboration between clinical, therapy, nursing and support teams
*Drive sustainable operational performance aligned with commercial growth
Profile
*Senior operational leadership within healthcare (mental health, eating disorders, community or complex care highly desirable)
*Strong track record of CQC governance, regulatory compliance and quality improvement
*Proven delivery of change and transformation programmes
*Experience in process mapping, service redesign and implementation
*Systems selection and implementation (clinical or operational platforms)
*Comfortable working in matrix environments across clinical and support functions
*Experience operating autonomously within SME or founder-led organisations
