A well-established boutique hotel in Solihull, known for hosting beautiful weddings, premium events, and offering exceptional guest service, is looking to welcome an experienced Hotel Receptionist to its front-of-house team.
The Role
As the first point of contact for all guests, you’ll deliver a warm welcome and ensure every visitor receives a high level of service throughout their stay. This is a varied, fast-paced position—particularly during wedding and event seasons—making it perfect for someone who thrives in a lively hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Greeting guests and managing check-in/check-out
*Handling reservations, enquiries, and front desk administration
*Providing information and assisting guests with any queries
*Working closely with housekeeping and events teams to ensure a smooth guest experience
*Maintaining a professional, organised, and welcoming reception area
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience working in a hotel or similar hospitality setting is essential
*Confident, friendly communicator with a professional approach
*Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
*Comfortable working in a busy, guest-focused environment
*Flexibility to work some weekends as part of the rota
