We are seeking and proactive and enthusiastic Marketing and Events Assistant for our client, as they aim to enhance brand visibility, engage their target audience, and drive business growth.


Job Responsibilities
*Support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
*Support in the planning, delivery and analysis of event calendar.
*Support Marketing in the execution of our attendance at global exhibitions, regional events and partner conferences.
*Work as part of a team to develop and organise photo and video shoots.
*Work closely with internal team members to support them when attending partner events.
*Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, design) to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
*Own the file and asset management for marketing.
*Create and develop marketing collateral and branded goods for events.
*Support other Commercial departments, when required.
Requirements
*Degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, or related field ideally.
*Experience in events would be an advantage.
*Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage projects simultaneously.
*Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Can do and positive attitude when faced with challenges.
Desirable
*Graphic design experience.
