Job Description:
Recruit Wealth are delighted to be representing a highly successful & truly independent Financial planning business in Thames Ditton, Surrey.
Our client provides a holistic advisory service across financial planning & wealth management and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to support one of the Directors, delivering exceptional service to long standing clients.
The successful candidate will play a key role in client servicing, paraplanning, compliance, operational support and ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities :
*Client Service & Relationship Support
*Assist with on-boarding new clients, including KYC/AML checks and account opening documentation
*Maintain up-to-date client files, investment mandates and regulatory records
*Respond to client queries with professionalism and accuracy
*Portfolio & Investment Administration
*Process investment instructions as instructed.
*Support preparation of portfolio valuations, performance reports, and investment proposals.
*Assisting IFA with research and running reports on FE
*Building suitability reports and preparing for client review meetings
*Organising fund values, LOAs and portfolio builds
*Operational & Financial Support
*Liaise with investment platforms to ensure accurate settlements and reconciliations, Process payments and transfers in a timely manner.
Compliance & Risk Management:
*Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements.
*Conduct AML, KYC and due diligence checks in line with internal policies.
Administrative Support:
*Diary management
*Provide general administrative support to advisors.
Skills & Competencies:
*Familiarity with wealth management operations, compliance and client servicing.
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive financial information.
*Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/portfolio management systems.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
All applications will be considered by those who can evidence at least 1 years Paraplanning experience and ideally already Diploma Level 4 qualified.
