Job Description:
Have you worked in a primary school within the last two years but don’t hold a formal Teaching Assistant qualification?
Aspire People is recruiting an experienced but unqualified Teaching Assistant to support a supportive and community-driven primary school in Central Manchester.
The Role:
* Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery
* Providing small group support in English and Maths
* Delivering phonics and reading interventions
* Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
* Supporting classroom organisation and preparation
The Ideal Candidate:
* Recent experience working in a primary school
* Confident supporting KS1 or KS2 pupils
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and school routines
* Calm, professional, and reliable
* Passionate about making a positive impact on children’s learning
