Job Description:
Part-Time Office Manager - 3 5 hour days and one full day per week
Location: Kingston upon Thames, South-West London (Zone 5)
Contract: Starting immediately for 8/9 months
Working Pattern: 2 Days per Week (Flexible Days)
A small, growing business is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Manager to provide maternity cover for a 8/9 month period. This is a pivotal role supporting the Directors and wider team with financial administration and general office management.
About the Role
This varied and hands-on position involves overseeing day-to-day office operations and managing financial administration in collaboration with external accountants. You’ll also coordinate IT and HR support, ensure compliance with data privacy policies, and assist with business reporting and travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
*Financial administration: Forecasting, reporting, banking and cashflow
*Office management: facilities, IT, communications, purchasing, and supplier coordination
*HR support: contracts, holiday tracking, absence management, and payroll coordination
*Project management: insurance, pensions, and other business initiatives
*Executive assistance: travel and tradeshow arrangements, filing, and general support
Skills & Experience
*Strong background in financial administration and PA support
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
*Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
*Incredibly numerical
