Job Description:
Location: Fully Remote (Home-based)
Salary: £14.50 per hour
Hours: 12 hours per week across at least 3 days, with flexibility to increase up to 15 hours during busy periods. Hours worked between 8:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

What you’ll be doing:
*Customer administration: Prepare quotations, issue invoices, follow up on payments, and ensure customers progress through each stage smoothly
*Supplier coordination: Process supplier invoices and manage presenter agreements and related documentation
*Financial record-keeping: Maintain accurate records, allocate coding, and keep Xero up to date
*Programme support: Assist with scheduling, logistics, and liaising with senior team members on non-standard queries
*General administration: Ensure templates, agreements, and documentation are accurate and up to date
What we’re looking for:
*Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
*Confidence handling financial processes and working with complexity
*Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
*Positive, flexible attitude and strong communication skills
*Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with IT systems
