Glasgow (hybrid)

£60,000 to £65,000 plus benefits

You will work within an expert team dedicated to delivering high quality, compliant and customer-focused pension products.

What you will do
You will support the Head of SIPP Propositions in designing, managing and improving the firm’s SIPP offering. Your typical responsibilities might involve:
*Supporting the delivery of Consumer Duty accountabilities, including Products and Services, Price and Value and Consumer Understanding
*Ensuring propositions are designed and managed to meet the needs of defined customer segments, with strong governance, controls and oversight
*Developing and implementing Investment Solutions for internal teams and key business partners, ensuring these fully integrate with customer journeys
*Maintaining an effective Investment Governance and Oversight framework for all solutions
*Keeping up to date with competitor activity and wider SIPP market trends, sharing insights with stakeholders
*Monitoring FCA, DWP and HMRC changes, assessing business impact and ensuring clear internal and external communication
*Providing support to resolve technical and proposition queries and assisting the Technical Committee with complex case referrals
What you will need
*Thorough knowledge of HMRC and FCA rules relating to SIPPs
*Strong understanding of the SIPP and SSAS market, with wider pensions knowledge desirable
*Experience developing or managing pension products and taking them to market in line with business objectives
