Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join a well-established wealth management firm based in Coventry.
As an IFA Administrator you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of client servicing, compliance, and business processing activities.
Responsibilities:
*Prepare and process new business applications, including anti-money laundering checks and fact-finding
*Handle client correspondence, including letters, emails, and telephone queries
*Ensure all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards
*Liaise with product providers to obtain valuations, policy information, and resolve queries
*Assist in the preparation of annual reviews and investment pathway documentation
