Secondary Tutors Required - Salford Area
Work with Looked After Children | Flexible Hours | Competitive Pay
An established education agency is currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Secondary Tutors to support Looked After Children (LAC) across the Salford area.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people who require additional academic support and consistency outside of mainstream classroom settings.
The Role:*Deliver 1:1 tuition to secondary-aged students (KS3-KS4)
*Support core subjects (English, Maths, Science - additional subjects welcomed)
*Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated sessions
*Build positive, trusting relationships with vulnerable learners
*Provide progress updates and feedback to the agency and relevant professionals
We Are Looking For:*Qualified teachers, experienced tutors, or strong subject specialists
*Experience working with secondary-aged students
*Previous experience with SEND, SEMH, or Looked After Children is highly desirable
*Patient, empathetic and resilient individuals
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
*Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
