Category Buyer - Indirect Procurement (Marketing and Corporate Services) Working Pattern: 3 days office / 2 days remote
Adele Carr is looking for a Category Buyer to manage high-complexity indirect spend across Marketing, HR and Corporate Services for a large leading organisation.
In this role you will support category strategy development, lead tenders and negotiations, and manage supplier performance while ensuring compliance and value delivery and predominately cover marketing category + others for a large international business.
Key experiences:
*Manage indirect procurement, with a focus on marketing such as advertising, suppliers, print, brand and many more
*Partner with stakeholders to maintain supply and quality standards
*Lead sourcing, tenders, and negotiations
*Manage supplier relationships, KPIs and continuous improvement
*Maintain accurate records and contracts in SAP
*Identify value creation opportunities using market insights
*Procurement or category management experience (FMCG preferred)
*Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
