This market leading motorcycle tour operator is looking for a Travel Tour Coordinator to join their small and friendly team. As Travel Tour Coordinator, you’ll be the steady hand guiding customers from their very first enquiry all the way through to their return home. You’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring every tour runs seamlessly and every rider feels supported, informed, and excited.
Travel Tour Coordinator Role and Responsibilities:
*Managing and administering motorcycle tour bookings from initial enquiry to post-tour follow-up
*Assisting in the design and development of self-guided tours
*Supporting the Sales Manager to grow sales and improve processes
*Liaising with the Travel Trust Association, trustees, UK tour operators, travel agents, and overseas suppliers
*Representing the company at UK industry shows and events


Travel Tour Coordinator Skills and Experienced Required:
*Extensive travel industry experience
*Proven customer sales and relationship-building
*Experience organising tailormade group travel
*Excellent organisation and attention to detail
*An interest in motorcycles
*Motorcycle license and advantage


Travel Tour Coordinator Key Benefits
· Tuesday to Saturday 0900/1730
· Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
