Job Description:
Finance Director
Salary: £70,000
Location: Southeast Birmingham
An established organisation is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead its financial strategy, oversee all financial operations and ensure long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and develop the finance team.
*Drive digital transformation and modern financial systems.
*Oversee management accounts, year-end statements, budgets and forecasts.
*Ensure full regulatory and statutory compliance.
*Manage external audit relationships and maintain strong governance and controls.
*Provide clear financial insight to senior leadership.
*Deputise for senior finance leadership when required.
*Full-time, on-site role across multiple locations.
Requirements:
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent).
*Strong senior financial leadership experience.
*Proven expertise in financial management, reporting and controls.
*Experience producing management accounts and leading audits.
*Strong financial systems and IT knowledge.
*Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.
