Job Title: Commercial / Civil Litigation Solicitor
Greater Manchester
Full-Time | Permanent

I am currently working with a well-established and highly respected regional law firm in Greater Manchester that is looking to recruit a Commercial / Civil Litigation Solicitor to join its busy dispute resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded solicitor who is keen to handle a broad and high-quality caseload while progressing within a supportive and ambitious firm.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, with appropriate supervision depending on your level of experience. The team handles a wide range of disputes for both businesses and individuals.
Matters will include:
*Contractual disputes
*Shareholder and partnership disputes
*Debt recovery and enforcement action
*Property litigation (including landlord and tenant disputes)
*Professional negligence claims
*General commercial disputes
*Contentious probate (desirable but not essential)
*You will have conduct of files from initial instruction through to trial, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, applications, and settlement negotiations.
About You:
*Qualified Solicitor (NQ - 5 years PQE considered)
*Experience handling commercial and/or civil litigation matters
*Confident managing your own caseload
*Strong drafting and advocacy skills
*Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
*Excellent client care and communication skills
