Job Description:
Are you an organised and detail focused administrator looking for a rewarding role in financial services? This New Business Administrator job offers the chance to support clients and advisers in a busy, client centred environment where accuracy and service quality really matter.
You will be joining a supportive administration function that plays a key part in the client journey. Each day brings variety, from processing new business applications to liaising with advisers, clients and product providers. This role suits someone who enjoys working to deadlines, takes pride in high standards and is motivated by seeing cases progress smoothly from start to finish.
In this position, you will handle new business processing, keep internal systems updated, complete follow up chasers, maintain compliant client files and provide proactive administrative support. You’ll become a key point of contact for advisers and will help ensure clients receive an excellent level of service throughout their onboarding journey.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with financial services administration experience who wants to build a long term career, with potential to grow into more senior administrative or technical support routes as the team evolves.
New Business Administrator Requirements
• You must have financial services administration experience, ideally within life, pensions or investment products
• Ideally you should have experience processing new business or working within an IFA, provider or similar environment
• You should have a strong understanding of maintaining compliant client records
• You should be confident working with back office systems and Microsoft Office
• Ideally you should have experience liaising with advisers, paraplanners or product providers
