Role: MIG/TIG Welders
Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm / Friday 7:30am - 1:30pm
Pay: £15 - £17 per hour + Holiday Pay
Contract: Temporary or Permanent, Immediate Start
An excellent opportunity has arisen for experienced MIG / TIG Welders to join our client based in Worthing. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects in a supportive workshop environment, with immediate starts available and both temporary and permanent contracts on offer.

The Requirements:
*Proven experience as a MIG and TIG welder in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
*Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Ability to work to tight tolerances and deadlines
*Good understanding of welding safety practices
*Experience working with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium
*NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent welding/fabrication qualification preferred but not essential
The Role:
*Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium
*Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
*Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components with precision
*Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy, making corrections as necessary
*Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company health and safety standards
*Operate hand and power tools, grinders, and other metalworking equipment
*Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines
