The OpportunityAs a Remote Client Success Executive, you will work closely with customers after onboarding, ensuring they are supported, engaged and getting real value from the platform.
This is not cold sales.
It is not a call centre role.
It is relationship-driven, solution-focused and commercially aware.
You will:
*Act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients
*Support onboarding and ongoing engagement
*Answer questions and resolve queries efficiently
*Identify opportunities to improve the client experience
*Work cross-functionally with product and operations teams
*Help retain and grow long-term client relationships
It is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and being trusted by customers.
