Senior Digital Business Analyst - Contract | Global eCommerce Transformation | Hybrid - Outside will roll into 2027

We’re supporting a large-scale global eCommerce transformation and are seeking a Senior Digital BA to drive clarity across Business, UX and Technology teams.

This is a hands-on contract role within a headless architecture programme delivering a new React / Next.js frontend, Amplience CMS implementation and phased multi-market rollout.

Key Responsibilities
*Document as-is and define to-be processes across content, merchandising, CMS and operations
*Translate UX designs into clear business requirements
*Define CMS workflows (Amplience) and content governance models
*Write high-quality functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
*Support JIRA backlog refinement, UAT and delivery traceability
*Facilitate workshops and confidently challenge stakeholders
Essential Experience *10+ years as a Digital BA in eCommerce environments
*Website redesign or re-platform programmes
*Strong process modelling (as-is / to-be)
*Headless frontend experience (React preferred)
*Amplience or similar headless CMS
*Experience working closely with APIs, middleware and integrations
