Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
Location: Chester
Job Type: Full-time (Part-time considered)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm
Start Date: ASAP
An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of my clients for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their expanding team in Chester.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in residential property who’s looking to take ownership of their caseload and contribute to a growing department. You’ll be working on a full range of residential conveyancing matters for both local and national clients, with the chance to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters
*Act for both local and national clients
*Maintain and develop new and existing client relationships
*Work independently and proactively within a supportive team
Experience required
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
*Confident handling of files independently
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Familiarity with Microsoft Office and case management systems
*Professional, client-focused approach
