Marketing Analyst
London. (two days per week in office)

The Role
You will work closely with analytics and data science colleagues to deliver high-quality insights across key commercial areas.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading analysis across pricing, marketing and operations.
* Designing, running and evaluating A/B tests.
* Building analysis using SQL, Python and BI tools.
* Translating insights for senior and non-technical stakeholders.
* Mentoring analysts and supporting their development.
* Working effectively in a fast-changing environment where processes are still evolving.
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with strong experience in supply chain, operations, inventory or similar analytical environments.
* Skilled in A/B testing and experimental design.
* Proficient in SQL, Python and visualisation tools.
* Experience mentoring or supporting other analysts.
* Confident communicator able to work with senior stakeholders.
* Hands-on attitude with the ability to operate independently.
* Customer-focused approach suited to a trading-led business.
