Job Description:
An opportunity for a detail-driven paraplanning professional within a growth-focused financial services environment. This employer is seeking a capable specialist to partner with advisers, streamline case work, and support compliant, high-quality client outcomes. The role emphasises progression, autonomy, and ongoing learning in a collaborative setting. The business offers a pathway for career advancement, structured development, and a culture that values ownership and curiosity.
Benefits include flexible working arrangements, opportunities to broaden technical skills, and a supportive team environment designed to elevate performance over time.
Salary of up to £47,000, with hybrid working arrangements including 2 days in the office.
Clear route to more senior paraplanning and advisory support responsibilities as the team scales.
Autonomy to manage elements of cases while collaborating with a high-performing advisory group. Structured training and mentorship to develop technical proficiency and regulatory knowledge.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
*Prepare clear, accurate client-facing documentation by translating complex advice into well-structured reports
*Compile and maintain technical case files, ensuring alignment with governance and regulatory expectations
*Support advisers with cashflow modelling, product comparisons, and strategy research
*Coordinate information gathering from clients and third parties to support timely case progression
*Assist with file governance, compliance trails, and quality checks to uphold standards
*Stay up-to-date with industry developments to underpin robust, defensible recommendations
The ideal candidate will thrive in this environment if they:
*Have substantial paraplanning experience
*Level 4 Diploma
*Are capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team effort
*Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a disciplined approach to accuracy
*Are proficient with planning tools, research platforms, and data-driven tasks
*Are motivated to pursue professional qualifications or demonstrably committed to ongoing development
The compensation package is aligned with experience and includes regular reviews, with adaptable working patterns to support flexibility. The role supports development through training budgets, potential hybrid arrangements, and a culture that values accountability and professional growth.
