Profile
A successful Healthcare Solicitor - Senior Associate should have:
*A qualification as a solicitor in Scotland with expertise in professional indemnity, clinical negligence, healthcare of abuse claims
*Proven experience in handling complex legal cases within the healthcare sector.
*Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and legal frameworks.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
