Business Administrator | Poundbury | Upto £28,000 DOE

As a Business Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
*Preparing and sending finance agreements and documentation for e-signature.
*Managing ID checks and compliance processes.
*Liaising with suppliers and lenders to obtain invoices and documentation
*Answering client queries via phone and email promptly and professionally
*Checking and processing forms completed by the sales team
*Handling document preparation including scanning, shredding, and filing
*Assisting with ad-hoc tasks from Directors
As a Business Administrator, your experience will include:
*Previous experience in office administration or a similar role
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
*Ideally, some understanding of finance or invoicing processes
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
