�? SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
?? Northampton
?? Full-Time, Temporary

We’re on the lookout for passionate professionals to support learners across a range of specialist and mainstream SEND settings in Northampton. ?? What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading whole-class and small-group learning in the teacher’s absence, using pre-planned, SEN-friendly materials
* Providing high-quality 1:1 support for pupils with diverse needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, Speech & Language, and more)
* Helping shape differentiated lessons and creating inclusive, engaging learning resources
* Using specialist strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and positive behaviour
* Monitoring progress and contributing to EHCP reviews and personalised learning plans
* Creating a calm, nurturing and structured environment where every pupil can succeed
�? We’re Looking For
* HLTA status or equivalent qualification
* Strong SEN experience-school, specialist provision, or care backgrounds all welcome
* Solid understanding of SEND strategies and behaviour support approaches
* Excellent communication skills, patience, resilience, and a caring mindset
* Confidence working across a mix of needs, ages, and classroom environments
