Job title: Night Shift Manager

My client is looking for a Night Shift Manager to join their team, you would play a pivotal role within the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and will suit someone who has previous first line management experience. Previous experience running/ working on the Night shift is beneficial.
Duties:
*This is a critical leadership role focused on delivering operational excellence
*Eliminating shortages, maintaining strict stock accuracy
*You will act as the key link between teams
*You will take full ownership of night shift performance
*Ensuring workloads are completed accurately and on time while preparing clear priorities for the following day
*Improving scan accuracy, enforcing returns and double-scanning procedures
*Ensuring urgent equipment, including sub-hires, repairs, shortages, and new stock is identified and moved without delay.
*Health & Safety leadership
*Manage staffing levels
*Conduct return-to-work interviews
*Oversee absence and holiday processes
*Deliver regular 1-2-1s,
*Drive performance through clear feedback, development plans, and competency reviews
*Personnel management
*Conflict resolution
