Salary: £12.50–£14.25 per hour / £24,375–£27,788 per year (depending on hours, qualifications and experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm (1 hour lunch)
Contract: Permanent, full-time, all year round - Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants
We are seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our large, well-established nursery in Croydon (CR0). Our purpose-built, two-storey childcare centre cares for nearly 200 children aged 0–11 years and offers outstanding facilities including craft and IT rooms, soft play and sensory spaces, dedicated age-group rooms with individual outdoor areas, gardens, a decked balcony, and an adventure playground. About You
*Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous nursery or childcare experience
*Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
*Commitment to inclusive and outdoor learning
*Excellent communication skills
*Eligible to work in the UK
