Key Responsibilities:
*Support the delivery of an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework within a Risk function
*Provide effective risk oversight across the organisation
*Work closely with stakeholders to embed risk awareness and a strong risk culture
*Contribute to a range of risk management activities, including:
*Risk deep dives
*Emerging risk identification and assessment
*Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA)
*Risk appetite framework development and monitoring
*Control effectiveness assessment
