AJ Chambers are pleased to be partnered with a UK & International law firm in the heart of London, who are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor as they seek to grow the practice.
Key Responsibilities
*Acting as first point of contact for the team on employment law matters
*Advising on future changes in employment law and day to day HR support
*Policies and procedures, dismissals an settlement agreements
*Corporate support, TUPE and share schemes
*Employment disputes
*Restructures and reorganisations
*Leading on and progressing business development opportunities both for new and existing clients
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
*5 years+ PQE and be confident in working on a range of employment matters.
*Passionate about UK employment law
*Ability to manage a diverse caseload Genuine interest in working with international clients. Prior experience of this is not a pre-requisite.
*Broad employment law experience, with an inclination to focus on matters of a non-contentious nature.
*Positive and proactive attitude
