We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious and reputable company based in Cambridge, for an experienced and driven Food & Beverage Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives on delivering exceptional service, leading high-performing teams, and creating outstanding food and beverage experiences within a premium environment.
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful operation of all food and beverage services. Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, drive revenue growth, and ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and compliance are consistently maintained.
What you’ll be doing
*Oversee the day-to-day management of all food and beverage outlets and services
*Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
*Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability across all F&B operations
*Design and implement innovative menus and seasonal offerings in collaboration with chefs
*Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and health & safety regulations
*Monitor stock levels, manage supplier relationships, and oversee procurement
*Analyse performance metrics and implement strategies to increase revenue and efficiency
*Coordinate and oversee private events, functions, and member experiences
*Maintain exceptional service standards aligned with a premium, client-focused environment
*Work collaboratively with senior management on strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
What you’ll bring
*Proven experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or senior hospitality leadership role
*Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and driving revenue
*Excellent leadership and team development skills
*Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service
*Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
*Knowledge of food safety, licensing laws, and compliance requirements
*Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
*Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required
